You’ve heard the old saying
“A man is only as good as his word.” Well, the same is true of God. David certainly knew a thing or two about the promises of God. He knew enough to know that his life was empty and meaningless apart from God’s promises and he staked his existence on the firm belief that God was indeed as good as His word.
